Reflection

Reflection for the First Quarter In the first quarter, I learned many lessons not only in academics but also in life. I discovered my strengths and the areas where I still need to improve. There were challenges along the way, but they taught me to be more patient, responsible, and hardworking. I also realized the importance of managing my time well and participating actively in class. Through the activities and lessons, I was able to gain new knowledge and apply them in my daily life. As I move forward, I hope to do better in the next quarter by studying harder, being more disciplined, and continuing to grow as a student and as a person.

Celebrating Nutrition month

Image
Every July, we celebrate Nutrition Month to raise awareness about the importance of healthy eating and proper nutrition. This year’s theme, “Food at Nutrition Security, Maging Priority! Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!” reminds us that access to safe and nutritious food is a basic right that everyone must enjoy. Celebrating Nutrition Month is not just about activities in schools and communities, but also about practicing what we learn—choosing healthy food, avoiding waste, and sharing with those in need. It is a time to promote food security, encourage backyard gardening, and support programs that help fight malnutrition and hunger.

Thematic

“Tree planting is a simple yet powerful way to care for the environment. By planting trees, we help reduce pollution, provide fresh air, and create a greener and healthier community. It also helps prevent floods and provides shelter for animals. Tree planting teaches us the value of nature and reminds us of our responsibility to protect and preserve it for future generations." “A clean-up drive is an important activity that helps keep our surroundings clean and safe. It brings people together to take care of the environment by collecting trash and promoting proper waste management. Through this activity, we not only make our community more beautiful but also protect nature for future generations. Clean-up drives remind us that even small actions can make a big difference when everyone works together.”

Who I am and who I want to be

everyone has their own story, and this is mine. "I am a person who is still growing, learning, and discovering my true purpose in life. I carry with me my strengths, my struggles, and the lessons I’ve gained from past experiences.  Who I want to be is someone stronger, wiser, and kinder—not only to myself but also to others. I hope to become a person who achieves my dreams while inspiring and helping those around me.”
